This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which orders may be cancelled, returned, or refunded for products purchased through the Platform.
1. Order Cancellation
- Before Dispatch: Cancellation requests will be accepted only if raised before the order has been dispatched from our facility.
- After Dispatch: Once the order is in transit or marked as out for delivery, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
- Rejection at Delivery: In such cases, customers may choose to reject the product at the time of delivery. Rejected deliveries will be processed as returns and handled under the standard process subject to inspection.
2. Return & Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or refund, you must initiate a request within 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since delivery, you will not be offered a return or refund.
Conditions for Return:
- The item must be unused and unopened.
- The item must be in the same condition as received.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If a product is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition, you must notify customer support within 7 days of delivery. Refunds for such items will be initiated only after verification and approval by our internal team.
3. Non-Returnable Items
You agree that certain categories of products are exempted from returns or refunds. These exclusions will be identified at the time of purchase. Generally, the following are not eligible:
- Products purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers.
- Products classified as non-returnable due to hygiene or safety reasons.
4. Return Process & Timelines
Once a returned product is received at our facility, it will undergo a review and quality inspection within 1 business day. We will then notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your request. All returns are subject to successful inspection and compliance with this policy.
If the request is approved:
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
- The process will be completed within 5 to 7 business days from the date of approval.
